All our Pay Monthly Websites (PMW) are tied to an 18 month minimum term which only starts when you are happy with the design, we do not expect you to sign up to something you're not completely happy with.  How it works:

  • When you apply for a PMW project we request that you pay a  (Project Application Fee) which is made up of one month's PMW payment plus the setup fee (this total payment is non-refundable)
  • If you decide not to proceed at any time prior to your PMW  'go live date' *  then you will not be tied to any further payments and the contract will be canceled however, the Project Application Fee will not be refunded.
  • Following the Project Application Fee payment, you will not make any further payment until 30 days after the 'go live date' *
  • We recognise that websites are dynamic meaning that content needs to be regularly updated to stay fresh.  We will make content changes within the design theme that your site is launched with as required, but if you want to change the design or upgrade your site to the next level, we will simply adjust the monthly payment accordingly.
  • At the end of the minimum term, you are free to move your website to another host and we will provide a set of files to facilitate this move, BUT it will not be our responsibility to get your website working with the new host, or indeed to maintain it following the move.

*  'Go Live Date' is the date that your website appears live on the Internet at the domain you have requested us to use.

Following the submission of the form below and our acceptance, we will review your existing website (if you have one) and look at any competitor sites you notify us of.  We will then build an outline design for your consideration targeting the market you're operating in.  We will also estimate the timeframe to complete the project.  The outline design will be added to, and modified, according to the feedback we receive from you until we get to the point that you are satisfied and ready to 'go live'.

At the design phase of the process, you will NOT be tied to any minimum term.  The minimum term only starts when you sign off on the completed design.  Following this application you will be billed for one month's payment plus the one off setup fee (please select the Functionality Level below).  Prior to design sign off you may cancel at any time.
